Coaching with me can be online or in person. I help you when you are feeling stuck, lost, unsure of the way forwards, or when you are repeating the same patterns over and over. Life is a series of transitions and what we often label as obstacles or blocks in fact are usually self-created, often rooted in long-standing beliefs we hold about ourselves that we developed in childhood or inherited. I help you to shift from one state to another to keep moving forwards. I help you to see things differently, think differently, to change your mindset and raise your energy levels to a more positive state, so that your life becomes less challenging and more joy-filled. I help you to think less and feel more, to understand yourself more, which in turn means you will be able to relate better to other people and transform your relationships with others - as well as with yourself. I help you to listen to your heart, not your head, to understand that how society has been telling you to think and behave since you were a child is not necessarily the only way. I help you to find the right path for you. I help you to find you again.

HOLISTIC APPROACH

Big life changes, pain, negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs, fear, the wrong food choices for our bodies and lifestyle, lack of exercise, stress, unresolved emotions like anger, guilt, feelings of abandonment or grief, can all have an impact on our health, wellbeing, relationships, weight, digestive issues, sleep, state of mind and inner peace. What we often don’t realise is that mostly these symptoms are all connected, and if we only address one aspect, it’s likely that it will keep recurring, or that we will continue to have troubles in other areas.

    Transformation coaching focuses on changing yourself, so that you view your life from a different perspective. You’ll learn how to stay anchored in the present moment, and let go of anxious thoughts about the future and negative self-talk. I draw on a blend of various therapeutical methods during my coaching, and so each session may be different, depending on what you bring to it. The coaching sessions can be online or in person.

I work intuitively to offer you the approach that I think will help you best in that moment. The focus is always on me being just the facilitator, for you to put into practice the actions that I may suggest.

Only you can be the agent of your own change.

The first session is usually more talking-based, to start to build an understanding of you and what you would like to work on, and subsequent sessions could also involve any combination of talking therapy, chakra and energy balancing work, breathing meditations, nature therapy, visualisations, journaling or art, intuitive massage, sound frequency therapy, finding affirmations that resonate with you, setting intentions, drumming, singing, dancing, laughing, and maybe some crying too!
